Newbie: How do I lock a melody?

I have this 8-bar melody that is fixed (it comes from an external source) and I can make it in the phrase editor so it works well (set against a I in the correct key). However, now I want to create a harmonization for it, but when I add a new chord, the melody shift to match the chord (it is not locked to the actual notes but their position relative to the chord). Normally, this is great, but I'm sure there is also a way of not doing this, I just don't yet know how. Right?

Thanks, yellukan! Brilliant.
I also see in 3.65 that there is a "Lock note (do not allow transposition)" option in the dialog. I knew Attila would have something like that, it was just a matter of finding it. Hooray!

When you select the phrase in the composition you can press 'A' which is a shortcut to convert all notes to absolute notes. You can find this shortcut under Settings / Keyboard Shortcuts / Workspace:
You can also do the same in the Phrase Inspector:
Thanks,
Attila
