Is it possible to "slow down" the scroll or make it smoother when the view is zoomed?

When I am scrolling in "zoomed" piano roll view instead of the scroll being "smooth" it jumps approx. 1" at the time. Is it possible to "slow down" the scroll or make it smoother when the view is zoomed?
