Purchased vst loads up as black box window no visual buttons or boxes etc. Just black and blank, however if you move the mouse over the black window area it seems active as the mouse changes it's icon but nothing happen and stay blank, I've tried difrent Daws and all versions 32/64 vst/vst3.

Windows10, tried with flstudio reapa and live same across all programs Very disappointed as had no response from the company.
Anyone have this issue or knows away around it?

Yeah its a shame Jan has seemingly given up on his product line.
Some of them are really quite good, unfortunately I don't believe they
sold well enough to allow him to continue development.

Anyway, this definitely sounds like a graphics driver thing. I believe they
use opengl. The only thing I can suggest is to experiment with your video
card settings to see if you can get it to display.

His products work fine for me under win 8.1 even if they are unfinished
like that one in particular.

If you bought it at pluginboutique rather than his site, maybe email them
to see if they can get ahold of him. Or if not they should probably remove
them from their store.

In my dealings with him, he was always very helpful and quick to respond,
that was some time ago, I hope nothing bad has happened to him since then.

Actually, development is in full progress at them moment!
Releases will still take a while though, I'd say about two month, one if I'm optimistic.
All products will still be supported (or supported again if you will) except probably for ModCut, which is now integrated into Peng. Maybe It will still make it, we'll see.
My main focus is on Peng, as it is my biggest product.

The blank screen issue onsome windows systems is known for some time, sorry about that.

I just replied to your support request.

Btw. you bought at my store, which has a no refund policy as I have working demo version identical to the full version.

There is a new beta version available, please see if that fixes your issue:

We are looking to test our latest builds.
There is a public beta of all our products available:

The beta versions are fully working for 30 days after build, in this case until Wednesday 22. of march. After that, they turn into regular demo versions. When we find a bug and release a new beta version, the beta version will last for another 30 days, and so on.

They currently come only in AU,VST and VST3, AAX and maybe RTAS will follow.

Apart from this being a huge maintenance update, he following known issues have been addressed:

-plugins show black screen on some windows machines
-ModCut outputs no sound on windows.

please report bugs here or via the website.

Hey there.
Is there a way to search for my external hard drive that contains my sample libraries?
And if so can I save it as a favorite location so when I open the next time the plugin remembers that location? Otherwise this thing is great especially since Media Bay in Cubase totally sucks.

What exactly do you mean by searching your external hard drive?
Files can be added to the database from anywhere in the local filesystem.

How do you add files to the database, or use tags for that matter.
On windows 10 it shows some categories, on windows 8, it has never shown
anything for me from the get go. I have updated to the beta etc, still nothing.

I don't know about the missing tags (categories) in windows 8, but in general, you simply drop a folder with files onto a tag, or you right-click a tag and add samples from there. The folder will then be scanned recursively for compatible files. You can then (re)assign the files to other tags as well, combine them while searching, etc. when one or more samples are selected, you can check the assigned tags in the tag grid.
