I purchased a CD of the Galaxy Vintage D piano from Best Service in 2012, but I am having some trouble installing it in a new Mac (using macOS Sierra 10.12). The installer fails and says:
"Installation cannot proceed, as not all requirements were met. This product requires at least OSX 10.4."
... but my version is 10.12.1?

Does anyone know how I can install this? (And my copy of Galaxy 2 Pianos?)

I have the same problem.I changed my computer and now I can't install the dvd bought in 2010 on Sierra .

Hey guys,

to install the library on the latest Version of OSX just register your serial numbers in your account and you´ll be able to download the latest version of the library which can be added in Kontakt 5.
