Why can't I see anyone's signature?

From the FAQ at viewtopic.php?f=2&t=44705:
Uncheck the box (or whatever) and you should see sigs again.I'm fed up with seeing everyone else's stupid signatures, can I disable them?
Yes you can! In your profile you can choose to Hide other member signatures.

I already had that checked yes to see sigs. I clicked it again. Mobile, tablet or desktop browser?
I never see any sigs (or location) on my phone, only on desktop browser. "Responsive" design

Will doublecheck desktop tonight or... some night. Mostly just use phone. Would really like to see sigs on phone. It's nice to hear the music behind the respective arguments.
