Anomaly and SynthMaster 2

The SynthMaster 2 presets for Anomalies XXIII through XXVI and Anomaly LITE have now been integrated into each soundset.

So there is no longer any need for a SynthMaster page with stand alone versions of these soundsets.

The HG Fortune Memorium preset download has been moved to the Free Presets page, as have both of the SynthMaster 2 skins.
