Question about 3dB HPFs

I know that NOVA and Kotelnikov (the later with steeper options) have 3dB HPFs on their side-chains, and as stated in Kotelnikov's manual it's the closest to get to how we hear sound.

But, what's the closest frequency to achieve this?
