Playing prerecorded loops

Hi. I want to assign a loop to one keyboard key, and another to another key and so on. I have tried many things, but these are my problems:
1. The loop fades always out
2. There is no way to stop it other than let it fade out.

My english is not perfect. I hope you understand what I'm trying to express, and hopefully provide an answer!

To play the full sample, regardless of note-off/enveloper or loops, set group mode to "Oneshot".
To trigger (oneshot) sample on note-on, and play-until same key note-on again, set group mode to "Toggle".

It is, unsurprisingly, in the manual.

It didn't work for me, so I think I must do something wrong. I tried "toggle" and it just went on and one until it faded out. I couldn't stop it.

Works fine for me. Ensure the region you are triggering is in the group for which you set "toggle" mode. Toggling is _same_ MIDI note on/off.

It worked! I started all over, and suspect there was something with the loop assigning I hadn't seen the first time. Tusen takk fra Norge! f**k Covid!
