Routing different instruments?

Hi all,

Since a few days the proud owner of Tracktion and trying to make it work. I think it is a fantastic program but need a little help in the following:

I am working with Eastwest Silver and GPO; I load some intruments in one instance of kompakt or kontakt player.

As far as I worked out you can do that either by choosing one player in one track and routing the other tracks through the first track. Or you could put the player in a rack and put the rack in all tracks.

In both cases I don't seem able to manipulate different effects or volume/pan for all the different instruments. Everything is controlled by the 'last in line'.

I have the feeling I am missing something here.
