A couple of questions on Waveform Free:
(a) How can I turn off the "Check for Updates" dialogue that runs each time I start Waveform?
(b) if I run that check from the Settings / Downloads page it always fails, presumably because there is nowhere to enter a password; have I missed something?

Do you mean that the downloads aren't appearing on the "Settings" -> "Downloads" page?
You should see either a log in page here or a list of your downloads.
To avoid the "new updates" message at startup, go to this list and click the "Ignore" button next to any item with updates listed.

THank you for the information.
My Settings / Downloads page shows my registered email address and a Login button. When I click [Login] I get the error msg shown below:

So I cannot log in to display the list or set the [Ignore] button
I am now working with Support to see what's going on.

Ok, thanks. I think this might be a web issue so hopefully Brian can sort you out.
