I was recently reading about biotek getting sfz support according to a post

"(104) Biotek 2 User Path Question For 3rd Party Lib Samples - KVR Audio"
viewtopic.php?f=22&t=507549&p=7117306&h ... z#p7117306
"BioTek understands samples and multisamples in these formats: wav, aiff, exs (Logic EXS24 multisample format) and sf2. At a later point, we will add sfz as well."

The demo's pdf does not explain the "Locations" section(manual 1.5 and 2.0 do not explain what sample formats are supported!) -- user load parameters are all blocked-out in the demo edition, so how can we users evaluate what sample file formats are actually supported if we can't test them?

Leaving any other question aside, the feature I am after is sfz support... Does biotek really have support for sfz? That url post is over a year old and I would suspect that it does, but I want to make sure. I would also like to be able to "test" the sfz samples that I have manually, otherwise what is the purpose of a demo if I can't test sample files?

I tried to load sfz in Biotek 3, but it didn't want that. Loading sf2 works.
According your link Biotek 2 "understands" only sample-region multisample files as sf2, not multi-files formats as sfz.
