Finding the note being played and midi auto key

Hello, I was wondering if someone could help me find the plug in that gives me a read out on what a midi or audio file's note being played is. Also, wondering if there is an auto midi feature that takes a note and moves it accordingly to preserve a scale for midi. Like auto-correcting a note to a CMaj or Phrygian scale.
