I have been trying to get sampletank4 or at least 3 to work on either T6 or Reaper. I have been searching everywhere for an address to point these DAWs my VST folder. I can find VST3 files but not .dll files. ST4 crashes on startup, but the ST3 standalone opens up.
Both programs point to ST 2.5, which I don't think is compatible with my windows7 64bit PC, and opens with an error.
All I really want is my drum sounds I made last year using ST3 and Tracktion...I don't remember which version of Tracktion worked though.

The .dll one should be in C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VstPlugins. Make sure it's included in the list of folders T6 will scan looking for plug-ins. I think it should be set by default, but it might not be.
