Analog Lab 4 Will not work

Please help. I have been communicating with Arturia tech support for a week now. I upgraded to Analog Lab 4 and I cannot set the audio settings. I have followed all procedures and made sure everything was up to date. I cannot connect my Tascam 2x2 interface to the software unless I use windows audio in stead of Asio. I have trouble with the midi keyboard not producing sound. I cannot change the buffer size outside of 64. When I try to use asio to connect I get a message not connected. If I try to change to another audio device is states cannot make audio settings change. The software has become useless and I am out of ideas.
Any help would be appreciated.
