Creating Patterns

Hello-

Well, the pattern grid is a great idea, however, I am stumbling over the simplicity of it.

There are just 5 strum modes/articulations in the grid:

Grid has: Fast down/up
Muted down/up
Slide up 1 fast/slow
Slide up 2 fast/slow
Slow down/up


But, it would be great if there were more: fast down
fast up
slow down
slow up

Or, are they there and I'm not seeing it, or am confused about how to utilize the pattern grid?

I have a Alesis Q25 for my midi controller, and it doesn't cover all of the keyswitches so I have to do this manually, using my left hand to play the chord, or one key for a chord, and my right hand using my mouse to click on the keyswitch in the Kontakt program.

Is there an easier way to create strum patterns?
