How to download the latest version?

I've had Cream since it first was available but never updated to the 1.2 version. How would I download the lastest version? (I found no email from Kirnu in my inbox and may have accidentally deleted it)

Simple:
Your personal download link is in the registration mail. If you deleted it, contact the support, you'll get a new link.
