Is the new Cream mobile for iOS 7 set up for iPad RETINA HD graphics? The screenshots on the iTunes posting are showing fuzziness.

I bought it but I'm on iOS8. The graphics look fine -- the screenshots on the App Store are just riddled with artifacts.
