sonar professional cannot see Kirnu Cream plugin

Hi
I have the dll loaded in all the right folders, and when Sonar scans, it seems to see it fine.
but the arp does not show up in any menus or options when I try to insert fx or midi fx.
I think it is an fx, not a midi fx, but it still does not show up.
I cannot open it in order to register it.
anyone can help me?
