The problem with being dependent midi cc's with on/off button control in order.

Would not it be not dependent ,midi cc's steps to ( on and off )button in order or sequences steps and be able to act independently of them? For sending midi cc continue values,where that we haven't note in some of the steps, but we need to send midi cc continues in same steps that we want our notes to be muted.
With disable or enable ( use only order on/off ) in configuration , This dependency is still there .
Or when i select ( on or active ) of all order button controls and select ( off ) in orders steps ,places that i want to be mute note , this problem is still there . And At the same places, my values data cc are disabled or ignored.
