aww too much fun. as if we don't have enough cool stuff to play with! after a quick run thru it looks as if it's on par with Reaktor (or close anyway.) Now that is something awesome.

but i'm really worried that it might Crash my computer or not do anything Useful

The bug fixes are (for):

- CubicClip could make denormal values at some settings.

- Normalize function filters out NaNs and infinities too now

- Text changes did not mark the patch to be changed

- The 1 kHz fader for the third filter bank was wrongly named and hence that band was not working at all.

- Some bad resource locking fixed

- Sped up patch execution by around 7%

- Error in MIDI running state processing.

Does this guy have morph groups and scenes like the Nord? The morph groups are the best and would be enough but combining them with the scenes on the G2 was magic.

Agreed! The morphing was one of the best features on the Nord. But it looks like this recent update has a bunch of cool new modules which go beyond Nord territory.

Hi guys! Anyone would like to see it as a Vst 32/64? I wonder why the developer seems not interested in this, as I may argue from his Web site not mentioning the vst version as a possible milestone. Great beast anyhow even if the last time I tried I couldn't start it on my Win7 64bit system. some kind of error gave me a crash at app start. I'll do more tests soon. Best!

I'd pay a couple hundred bucks for a VST of it if the way it handles signals is the same as the way the Nord Modular did. That's still the most straightforward modular system I've ever used.

Me too! I would happy to pay for such a beast as a Vst with full automation support. As it is now is very uncomfortable to integrate it with production daw workflow.

Is it really that unstable? Also does it handle audio inputs? Because I could do a whole show with a G2 back in the day and would love to put that type of set together again.

You know, I haven't switched my G2 on in years. I hope the editor still works under Windows 10...

Hey Deastman,
G2 works under 10, no compatibility setting.
Remember u need to manually install the driver in device manager, and the presets are hard to find.
Maybe you have to get them from the original cd.
It is magic yet.

Does anyone here tried wren modular on win10 ? i cannot hear any sound in realtime (i'm using legacy audio),but i can render to wav. does anyone have the same problem?
