DOEPFER DARK TIME SEQUENCER ISSUE

Would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. My DDT has started to play up the other day and i dont know what to do. basically, the pitch knobs are not doing anything. when i play the sequence, all im hearing is one keynote continuously playing, when i turn the note input nobs nothing happens and they're not changing the pitch no more

any suggestions?
