Hello, my name is Reinhard from Germany. My english is not so good but I try to explain my problem. I bought Ample Guitar L II as a CD-Rom. I registered with "best-service". But I am asked in the Activation Manager for a "User ID" and after a "password" to activate my product. Can't find both! What do I have to register there? Did you receive a redeem code from Best Service? please redeem our products here with the code

Thank you for the responce ample sound! Oh no, there is no redeem code or i can't find it.
Dont know what to do! If you have the time, please explain me step by step the activationsprozess. I am registered on best service and get from them only my personal registration code, not more.What should i do, i wanna play that plug!

Then visit our redeem page

Many thanks Ample Sound! Now it maches! The User ID is the same as the Order ID, that was the problem. It' a cool program. Maybe not the last from ample sound. Best greetings from german!
