As far as I know, Spire comes with one license file (spire.lic) that needs to be imported via Spire itself. As soon as it is successfully registered, the white noise that usually appears in demo mode (for every 30 seconds) will disappear.
If you mean on how many computers Spire can be used, please see: https://revealsound.uservoice.com/knowl ... with-spire
There it says: "Accordingly with license you need to buy Spire Synthesizer once and when can use it on every your device."
If anyone thinks this incorrect, please feel free to correct me
Cheers,
Frank

Usually they claim to have a transfer done within 72 hours, see: https://revealsound.uservoice.com/knowl ... omeone-els
When I had my license transferred it was just about 72 hours, but at the moment they seem to be quite busy preparing the new V1.1, that could explain the delay. If no one reacts to a message via E-Mail, the best chance you have is to write a quick Facebook message.
