Reason w/ Bitwig

For those of you who use Bitwig w/ Reason.
What is the best way you have found to connect them.

I'm on Mac and have been using Soundflower w/ IAC Midi but there is a decent amount of latency. I have Plogue Bidule but haven't tried that out yet (can run Rewire inside Bidule)

Is RewireVST a better bet?
