i bought Maschine Jam and I am very happy with it.Apheo wrote:Own controller like Ableton Push.
But It is missing posibility to browse bitwig browser and it is not very well integrated with new sampler and it sometimes kinda stuck when you wanna use its strips for controlling device macros. If they upgrade this it can be very good "its own controller".

. . . and the option to keep the folders collapsed on the right side browser, it's a pain trying to get to the folders I've set up with them all expanded at root level. As for the numbers, I've been ignoring them, they're often wrong.aMUSEd wrote:Oh and Bitwig still needs to learn to count to over 99 (in the browser) - been like that for far too long

1. Easy audio quantize (easy path from scratch audio to finding tempo and slicing)
2. Audio-to-MIDI features (note analysis, drum hits, etc.)
3. Video "track" (a simple synced player is all I really need)
Meanwhile, loving the latest update!
Psst ... also stop/choke groups (also called off_by in SFZ) for the sampler.

The feuture I think we all need the most is the record capture that Logic and Ableton have while jamming with no record button pressed .

even if you can play really well . this is a real time saver . and for those who can´t play really well it is a god send ( what did I just play 2 bars ago )pdxindy wrote:That isn't even in my top 10melime wrote:The feuture I think we all need the most is the record capture that Logic and Ableton have while jamming with no record button pressed .

Agreed - forgot that because Live's extreme sluggishness and lack of MPE support forces me to rarely use it these days, but in Bitwig it would be great.melime wrote:The feuture I think we all need the most is the record capture that Logic and Ableton have while jamming with no record button pressed .

Having MPE if anything makes the case stronger for capture as more and more I want every subtlety of my playing to be recorded and often interesting stuff emerges from the smallest jams where I haven't thought to press record at the start.

I'm in favour of the feature! Just there are lots of things I would rather have firstmelime wrote:even if you can play really well . this is a real time saver . and for those who can´t play really well it is a god send ( what did I just play 2 bars ago )pdxindy wrote:That isn't even in my top 10melime wrote:The feuture I think we all need the most is the record capture that Logic and Ableton have while jamming with no record button pressed .
