hey guys, i mean all DAWs are more or less the same in audio settings i guess? though i got many crashes with fl studio and 3rd party plugins i wonder if these options are good like that or could be improved? also overall performance etc. ? thx for taking your time!

i would set the heavy vst´s to run independently (i.e. Diva or similar)
furthermore make sure power settings are set to performance.
Buffer size i guess you should increase while performing midi stuff only maybe set it to 256 or higher if needed.
unless you are not recording to a midi playback, i.e. audio recordings or playing midi vsts life, there is no real reason to set the buffer that low.
Increasing the buffer size will allow the cpu more time to finish a task, which should result in less drop-outs and crashes.
