well it occupies about 20% on my old laptop (3rd gen Core-i7), is it heavy on your setup?

What are you guys using to slew (glide notes) for sequences within the Grid? Filters and envelopes can slew but I've had limited success.

combined with Select and additional Gates for triggering Select when note glide needed.pdxindy wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2019 5:47 pmSteps -> Followerteknobryan wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2019 4:44 pm What are you guys using to slew (glide notes) for sequences within the Grid? also for simplification Average module could suffice for smoothing value change instead of Envelope follower, unless glide speed needs to be differentiated between note up/down changes

Polarity recently discussed in his video the thing about FM synthesis, that Oscillator modules got pitch input in semitones and modulating with that results in exponential FM, plus there's additional keytrack involved. For linear FM synthesis you can use LFO, set it to kilohertz rate 0, then insert rate modulation from oscillator and adjust amount to 1 for stable sound (or maybe 1.05 as it corresponds to C5)

here's the patch I decided to use it in:
doubtless there are more musical uses for it

Why not increment with Counter module? In case of no limit?

probably because I was super tired last night haha, that said I still think the increment patch has uses even if it's not ideal for the case I used it in

I've only just noticed, that stereo signals are actually represented in those I/O dot connections. If you have active panning going on, then you can see it when zoomed in close enough
