Lock part of the keyboard in Bitwig ???

I dont know much about music theory, so I;ve been using Komplete Kontrol or Scaler 2 to take care of that for me. It is great because I can easily apply either one to any instrument in Bitwig and create most anything using just the white keys..diff scales/modes/etc. Problem is it messes with my keyswitches for the instruments which typically start at the first low c on my keyboard...it moves them about when i change up the scale or mode...not good.

Question: Is there a way to lock the first octave on my keyboard from changing/moving? Cant see a way to do that in the plug in/Komplete Kontrol/or Scaler 2. I use Ample Guitars quite a lot and rely heavily on keyswitches..
