Polyphony on Linnstrument I think

When playing a chord all on one column on Linnstrument tuned in fourths (for example C, F, Bb, Eb) only 3 of the notes will sound. This is using Keyscape for the sounds within Logic Pro X. I thought that was a column limitation of Linnstrument but I also notice this when trying to play a C9 with C and Bb on one column and E and D 4 columns up, the D note will not play. I can voice other chords on the same row and have tons of notes sound at the same time. Does anyone know why this is?

Hi TC,
It’s difficult to know exactly which note pads you’re referring to because of the multiple locations of each pitch. Also, from your wording I’m not sure if we’re defining rows and columns the same way. In my way, rows are horizontal and columns are vertical. To best help you, I suggest sending me a brief video at the normal support email. I suspect the problem may be another sensor limitation mentioned on the FAQ page:
If 3 note pads are pressed that are 3 corners of a rectangle, presses to a note pad that is the 4th corner of that rectangle will be ignored.
If not, the solution may require performing a simple calibration. Once I see the video, it will be easier to know.
