AIR Updates or Never Again? Please Don't Delete or Change My Topic Title!

A little ironic cherry-on-top. A few hours after writing my post above, I got a follow-up robo-email from AIR support asking me if I would fill out a form to evaluate their customer service. So I filled it out and pointed out that there WAS no customer service, and that I'd been telling people on KVR that the company was dead. But somehow I suspect that no human being will ever see that text.

Update: Hahahahaha. In addition to filling out the customer satisfaction survey, I replied to the email from inmusicbrands.support@servicelit.com that pointed me to it. That email bounced.
