I saw youtube video 'Studio one3- Advanced nora midi setup'
Then, how to do '2 independent patterns play 2 independent vsti' in Fl studio 12?
(already spending 5 hours trying to do this…headache.......)

FL's midi routing a little bit tricky but here is a fast solution you can try
attached file is a Patcher Preset see the READ ME note pad inside the patcher

hello friends, i have the same problem can not play two different patterns in nora (Track 1 and Track 2) with 2 different VST for example sylenth and massive in cubase 8.
Someone can help me
