Drum Tree issue

Hi
I purchased Drum Tree and am having a problem. Every time I reopen a daw file I have to reauthorize Drum Tree, it doesn't stay authorized.
Can you help?

Hi Ichiro,
I have already tried that solution but it didn't work.
I've had this issue with some other developers who claim it's a Native Instruments bug.
We solved it by them sending me the .XML file which hadn't been created on install.

Actually this problem is the one of Native Instruments side, and I'm not familiar with XML file right now. But does it help for you?

Hi Ichiro,
I have tried all of the solutions I can find and nothing has worked.
I have owned Drum Tree since the end of May and still can't use it.
Can you please check this forum more often so I can get this solved or let me know if there is another way to get customer support.

Hi Dan,

I'm sorry for that trouble and late reply. We are very small and I'm checking here between engineering works. But I would try to write more often.

Actually it's Native Instruments activation trouble and I could not resolve by myself as a third party maker. I'm asking it to NI today. Thank you.
