that's great! Fahey is also one of my alltime favorites. Concerning Leo Kottke I don't know that much of his work, but I think he's on the discover more-list : )
I think you'd like him. Fahey and Kottke were contemporaries and even had a compilation album together (called something like "Fahey-Kottke-Lang").
A well-behaved signature.

Yeah, just found a few tracks from this album on my HD-archive now - as you mention.
Refreshing to listen to those again :tu:

 No matter how old one is these threads seem to always include some guitarists or pieces that one was unaware of, or sometimes for whatever reasons hadn't listened to in a long time.

I like the Guzheng instrument really, and this sounded great for me in this performance.

Doing nothing is only fun when you have something you are supposed to do.

I like what he did with the guitar at 3:17
Notice he didn't break his guitar over the guy's head.
Probably because you can't buy an Esteban guitar on The Home Shopping Network anymore.
Are you sure that's an Estaban guitar? I googled images and didn't see that model. It's hard to imagine that he would play anything else...

I think it automatically becomes an Esteban guitar as soon as the maestro touches it.
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

Those old Segovia recordings were so wonderful and influential...despite the rather limited recording capabilities of that time.

One of my favorites that perhaps illustrates this:
