fair enough, honestly wasn't expecting you to love it and rush out and buy them all!
just thought it might be at lease bearable for you for prog
I have listened to a few pieces because, as you surmised, there is a little bit that gives me hope, but I've not found a song I can get into.

My dad was into King Crimson, I didn't know it was the same dude. In the court of the crimson king,
that album cover used to trip me out when I was very young. Basically, I was like wtf is that about?
My Dad was a hippy back then and did questionable things, like taking me to the Kickapoo Creek Rock Festival at < 1 yrs of age.

I think this one must be from his Crimson Kings archive, certainly sounds like the one track I have heard. Psychedelic rock stuff. Both of them on guitar not sure about the timing of these two though.

Toyah needs to get herself a metronome and a vocal coach I think.

Sadly as we age our talents can deteriorate along with our bodies.

what is also sad is that their age is such an issue in this thread, as though it's a unacceptable to rock and to dress sexy when you're over 60 (it was raised many times, regarding the way that older woman can't really appear sexy for many people dressing like this), implying that what they're doing doesn't suit their age.

also claiming that her talent was deteriorated with age.

I just see 2 people (+the mask guy) still very much in love, having great fun, and obviously many people are enjoying their act.

What their age has to do with any of it ?

I think that had they been 20-30 years old (and the female singer dressed half-naked as they often do these days) we wouldn't have seen one message concerning their age, for example like this one:

Is this the geriatric version of twerking? Dreadful.
Music is for everyone to enjoy and to play, it doesn't belong to young people (same goes with trying to be sexy by showing some skin, this doesn't belong to young people).

And unfortunately agism is still going extremely strong in music biz, especially for women, and I find it very refreshing that Toyah is challenging the way 63 years old woman is "supposed" to dress and to sing.
