Freestyle Feature Requests

First priority (which is largely implemented in our internal test build) is VST3 hosting.

Being a VST 3 itself not much of a priority at this time, but eventually, yeah.

Any news about the VST3 support? I would love to finally see this in Freestyle

Good news, I can confirm that It's in development, I use it as a beta feature.

Still holding out hope for AU support. I only use AU-compatible hosts at the moment so I’ve saved myself about 30gb of drive space. Plus I don’t want to have to reinstall all of them.

Certainly would like to add AU but you will likely be waiting a very long time, given other priorities (and specifically on OSX, big topics we are forced to deal with in Apple Metal and Apple Silicon support). Certainly wont be part of Freestyle 2.0.

I couldn't see my x86 plugins in freestyle
does it support X86 plugins ?
is there a way to bridge them in ?

You would need to use a 3rd party bridge (JBridge etc), Freestyle doesn't do bridging on its own.

No JailBridge for me!
It always request request to run as administrator and it adds prefixes to the plugins names

I'm seriously thinking about buying a modular vst host, i like freestyle but it's not cheap and I don't want to spend my money for something that isn't working perfectly.

I bought element for 2$ just to show some support, even tho my friend sent me his copy (because they allow to spread it), but it is also not there yet.
Freestyle cost 129$ and it currently doesn't handle delay compensation ? ;;shocked;;

Whats the best way to merge midi streams in Freestyle? Or is this currently not possible?
As far as i can seen, there is always just one midi input, right?

I want to use a different arpeggio plugin for lower notes, so i use key split. But i want trigger just one VSTi.
