Granite won't save presets

No matter what I try, save, save with samples, embed, reset, load sample, save etc etc, Granite just won't save a preset.
When I click setup it shows my serial number, so I don’t think I’m running the demo.
Sorry, just can’t figure it out - I’ve saved quite a few presets in the past but this has really got me stumped..
Tried with the plugin in Logic ProX and the standalone
Version number is 1.6.502
Mac OS 10.12

I've tried emailing support@newsonicarts.com and the emails keep bouncing back with an error.

Sorry to hear this, and support is the way to go. But you are not the first to report emails bouncing back. Very strange.

Thank you - I just tried emailing again and it bounced back again.
Is your mail box full, maybe?
