very true Urs... so far over here Zebra2 is right on par. the performance on my MacBook is damn near matching the performance on my Dual 2.5 G5. it's even outperforming the G5 in some instances. great work!

first how much? second is the intel version completely ready?

It's currently a preview version. You can pre-order it for $169 (or $119 if you have an old hardware synth and some time for the Dinosaur Crossgrade) at zebrasynth.com

As I've switched to a MacBook as my main machine (it simply smoked my ancient G5...), there won't be any problem with Intel Mac compatibility. To illustrate this, here's a thread for the first purely MacTel Z2 Audio Unit:
