There is not any problem to fix... other than this idea you have stuck in your head that you want Bazille to be FM8 with higher sound quality.

That is not what Bazille is. Bazille is an entirely different synth from FM8 (and other yamaha style clones)...

What's the problem with the quality of FM8?

Maybe NI should be approached to fix this problem

I think NI is not on pair with Uhe exept Reaktor.
But letely theiy did not take a good attention with Reaktor either...
Many of NI stuff is not bad, but again is not on pair with Uhe or Slate Digital!

I do not own NI, i cannot order them to fix their own problems!!!
