Any good NDA templates for discussing about VST plug-in development?

The UK government provides some templates:

No idea why / how these should not be usabe for your specific case.
Imho: if a gentleman can't be trusted on his word, then he'll find ways around contracts as well.

Well it could be useful for the purposes of others to think out what Confidental Information consists of in a VST plug-in project?
