Any good NDA templates for discussing about VST plug-in development?

The UK government provides some templates:

No idea why / how these should not be usabe for your specific case.

Imho: if a gentleman can't be trusted on his word, then he'll find ways around contracts as well.

Anyone want to work on a community project to create a NDA that's suitable as a generic NDA for individual VST developers?
