Looking for UI artist for total redesign of my plugins

I find the font hard work to read when quickly scanning with my eyes. I think the ui would look better if it looked more like industrial electronics lab gear, maybe like an oscilloscope.

Ok... so after not getting replies for a while and forgetting to subscribe to the thread I figured no one would ever reply.
I've read all the comments, thanks for the advice.
We have found a UI artist.
As for the comment about having UI artists compete at no risk to me, yes that is true, BUT I was expecting artists to give me a taste of what their vision is, not do the entire UI.
