Agreed. But they say they don't know what to do to help me. So I am wondering if the plugin is trying access a file that it causing the crash and maybe its a permission thing. on the other hand I went through the process posted above to repair permissions. I also found a tool that reports any permissions issues in ~ and there appeared to be none.

I did email the developer, sonible, again asking if they can create come kind of debug version I can run to try and capture the problem.
