OK... Bitwig's modulation feature looks ridiculously awesome.

yeah, you can still move a button after you assigned a LFO to it - the value you set will then be the new "centre" for the LFO modulation. And you can assign as many modulations to a parameter as you want...

Bitwig There's full SysEx support regarding the scripting API and controllers etc. but you can record SysEx into a track, if you mean this.
