Possible, but Avicii uses many sounds from stock libraries over and over.

I have got the "White Noise-Normalized -3db" sample.

It's attached and it took me a lot of time to obtain the sample.
You may need to time-stretch it.

The remix Kit you are looking for is: The Cut - Better Days

Unfortunately only the remixers had the pack, and if you look for this guy (The Cut) you´ll discover that he is inactive since long time , maybe he died who knows.
