Opinions on Spitfire Evo Grids 3

I own and use the Evos 1 and 2, and use them regularly. I like the walkthroughs I've heard of 3 a lot, but would like to hear everyone's opinions here, as I respect this board.

The rhythms from 3 seem so distinctive and far more relaxed than the usual kick-you-in-the-teeth slicing of some libraries.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
