I agree that Horizon is the better bundle, but given that I already owned the CLA stuff and vocal rider the difference for me would be the Kramer stuff and a couple of plugs I don't need. The only waves plugins I'd still like to have are C6, NS1 and Abbey Road ADT so despite my opinion about them at times I pretty much have what I need, and ready for native M1 as wellLoveEnigma18 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 4:46 pmYes, it is indeed a great deal. Yes, WUP starts once you register your purchase, which is usually automatic upon purchase from Waves and when buying upgrades from dealers.Harry_HH wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 4:13 pmOK, thanks, ver 14 is the next one - if its out this year, the present Diamond offer is good.LoveEnigma18 wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 12:22 pmWaves V14 should be out in October 2022...
So not bad if you bought anything during the recent BF or End of Year sales, because you are covered by WUP for one year and you will get V14 update/upgrade for free.
WUP can often be avoided if you know how to deal with Waves. I am maxed out at Horizon now with only bundle that I can upgrade to being Mercury, which is over $500 and definitely not interested in that even in my dreams. So, once I upgrade my Horizon to V14 for free, I will have to live with it forever. Still not an issue at all for me as the GUI resize options are there now (even though they are a bit blurry for most plugins) and I am on Windows, ahem.
When does the 1 year WUP count starts? - is it the bundle license authorization date?
However, now that we know there is no direct upgrade to Horizon bundle, I would be a bit hesitant and wait for a similar deal on Horizon. Diamond is not the bundle I would buy. Horizon is the better bundle. The $99 deal on Platinum was probably the best deal from Waves I have ever seen. So, Platinum earlier and now Diamond, so there could be a deal on Horizon. Alternative way is to grab Platinum or even Gold RenMaxx when they are on sale and then upgrade to Horizon during their bundle blowout sales. You could also do Gold RenMaxx -> Platinum -> Horizon, which is what I did.
Just something to think about. Remember that upgrades extend the existing or expired WUP and is the better way to indirectly buying a WUP. So, if you have Platinum that has WUP expired and you upgrade to Horizon, you get WUP of 1 year included as well.
But if you are happy with what's included in Diamond and the above doesn't work for you, go for it.

Yes indeed I did do the upgrade from Waves Platinum to Diamond. It went super fast with immediate responses from EveryPlugin.com.
I hate that there is no cross-grade deal between Horizon and Diamond. I may just wait for the next big Mercury deal, ha.

Analogue Saturation seems to be overdone out there (on my list for sure).cryophonik wrote: ↑Wed Jan 12, 2022 5:21 pm I'm sorta surprised that the SSL X-Saturator $19.99 deal hasn't created a stir. I bought it a few days ago and have already used several instances in the tracks I'm currently working on. I'm gobbling up all the SSL plugins as they go on sale and only need a handful more to complete the collection of the ones I want.
Different would be if resynthesizing would be the subject, particularly if it includes novel, extensive, multiple controls to alter, shape, and affect its results. Classic modulation, filtering, EQ or dynamics won't be sufficient

How did you get 3 free plug-ins as a bonus? My quit for upgrading from Platinum to Diamonds is 49,99, how did I get 3 plug-ins if 50$ is the minimum spend to get just 1 plug-in?

FYI regarding the $100 voucher: it has to be used on a purchase > $100. The best deal (highest effective discount) would be to get the "Focus Elements Bundle" ($99) and "SigMod" ($49) for a net $48. It's a decent deal, although Stereoplacer Elements is so cut-down as to be basically useless. Monofilter Elements does the job well enough, and Stereoizer Elements isn't bad. How useful SigMod is will depend on your DAW - at least 75% of what it can do can be done more easily with Splitters in Studio One Pro, for instance - but it's a cute tool, and the "protect" feature is unique and potentially useful. The Noodlist wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 6:24 pm NUGEN Audio 2022 Annual Survey
https://nugenaudio.com/annual-survey-20 ... int_intro1AlignerAs a thank you, you’ll receive a $100 NUGEN voucher* plus a free license for Aligner, our new plug-in exclusive to survey participants.
https://nugenaudio.com/alignerCurrently, this plug-in is only available for customers who complete NUGEN Audio’s annual customer survey, which closes on February 17th.
Another option would be to get the full version of Stereoizer, Stereoplacer, or Monofilter for $129 - $100. They're all considerably more full-featured than their Elements counterparts. I'd say they're all worth $29.
If you happen to already own one of the Elements plugins (Stereoizer Elements and Monofilter Elements have both been given away as part of the Focusrite Plugin Collective, for instance), you can upgrade to the full version for $69, and the voucher code will work on that if you get the total over $100. So, for instance, I snagged the full version of Stereoizer + SigMod for $18. I think that was a solid value.
Final note: if you ping everyPlugin's support, they can honor the voucher there. They sell Nugen stuff for 16% off MSRP, and they'll give you a corresponding $84 voucher. So that could save you a few extra bucks (Focus Elements Bundle + SigMod would be net $40, for instance). I don't believe you can do the Elements->Full upgrade through them though.

No clue, it's definitely broken as I got 7 free plugins after paying 45 euros. This was through everyplugin though. Not sure if it'll work through Waves directly.Project wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 8:51 pm How did you get 3 free plug-ins as a bonus? Sure, first of all, it's my mistake, it wasn't December 21st, but November 21st. It was just a cheap upgrade to the Studio Classic Collection a little after the SSL EV2 came out. I got the code from waves and sent it you via your website (sent to I believe store@everyplugin.com). I had done it the same way before and you were always fast responding. This time though, days went by and I thought it was just a matter of you getting too busy on account of the whole black friday madness. On my end that's all I can tell you about it. Since the message was sent through your website I can't find any kind of "receipt". I am not angry about it at all, to be honest it gave me some time to test the new ssl plugin. Now whether the message never got to you or anything like that, I really don't know. If I would have really wanted anything trust me I would have insisted in different ways. But I did inquire during that black friday week. Sorry but that's all I can clarify. Cheers!everyPlugin.com wrote: ↑Fri Jan 21, 2022 3:49 pmWe don't have any email from you on December 21st.escalona wrote: ...even more... I am waiting since December 21st. The last one was in 2019. Could you please clarify on that?

somehow $100 translates to £70, i know exchange rates are good, but not that good, then upgrades for the elements are £49 each.. total £147 PLUS VAT it comes out at just over £92 using the voucher... certainly not the prices shown below by the previous poster..
is it worth the upgrade price..?
is it worth the upgrade price..?

Here's a possible explanation: I thought I copied and pasted the waves code, and somehow instead of that I sent you a link to (omg) Mili Vanilli... !??!?!?!? Maybe I was trying to point out the very few moments in music history when autotune was in fact necessary.
I don't know man, like I said, anything could have happened. I know you've been very fast responding to everything before.
