Backup drive not recognized?

In light of some upcoming gigs and the announcement about Muse Research closing shop, I was motivated to back up my Receptor 2 PRO.

Like always, it counts down the files that are backing up and later says DONE!

I decided for the first time to see what happens when I boot from the backup drive. As per the manual, I hold down F10 for my model/hardware. I was shocked to see that only one drive is listed to select, what I assume is my internal drive.

I spoke with the Muse help desk when selecting and purchasing my backup drive, and it's always appeared to back up everything, going through the entire process without errors. What is going on?

I solved this issue with the help of Kevin doing phone support. It had to do with BIOS settings. He was very helpful - I recommend grabbing his email address from the Muse Support page just in case.
