When i attempt to register my iLok User ID, i get this error...
The iLok.com User ID you entered (xxxxxxx) was not recognised by the iLok.com server! Please double check the user ID is correct and try again.
Can you help?

Have you copy and pasted the code number?
Some codes are case sensetive.

The issue was that I didn't register at iLok.com. It is my first experience with iLok so I didn't know the process (it probably in the manual somewhere).
