zynadd fusion , just showing gui increases windows cpu

Just bringing up the gui of zynadd fusion ( 1% cpu , no processing whatsoever ) brings up the cpu in windows taskmanager to 50 %

Using a second gen i5 , win 10 , plenty of ram and a dedicated old amd radeon graphics card
