First Official (Parody) video ad for Memory Collection 04 and 09 - Christmas / Winter Holidays
All the sounds are from Memory Collection 04 and 09 - Christmas / Winter Holidays except for the 2 voices saying "Memory Collection 09" and "Sounds from Christmas past" that were generated with the "Speak" text-to-speech app. Track was made in NanoStudio 2.
All the images are screenshots from ads, TV shows or movies featured in Memory Collection packs 04 and 09. Note that the image quality of the source videos is often poor.

Note that Memory Collection contain only wav files! The samples are not mapped in any way or in any specific sampler format. They can be used in any software / app or hardware that loads wav files.

In the above video, I have used only MC samples to create collages. But of course they can also be used more sparingly in more "regular" contexts. Here are 3 examples:

- 4 different Reed Chord Organs: Bontempi B3, Magnus 360, MicrOrgan and Supertone. The last 2 are
rare models.
- Recorded with different microphones (except the Bontempi). Relative levels of the notes are preserved.

Available in Kontakt 3.5 and Kontakt 4 versions (full versions, not the Kontakt player) that have 72 instruments and multis made with the original samples and 26 instruments using the tone or time machine engines. Also includes instruments with original tuning of the instruments and retuned instruments.

SFZ format included, it has less instruments with 27 definition files. It lacks the sound-mangling capabilities of Kontakt but all the natural sounds are there!

477 looped samples in wav format (316 MB) that can be imported in any software / app / hardware that can load them if you don't have Kontakt or a sfz player.

The Memory Collection samples are also great to create strange alien and hypnotic soundscapes by looping them and then changing their playback speed and direction for instance. Fluxly is great (and a lot of fun) at spinning them as shown in this video.

These soundscapes can be used on their own as I did here or they can be imported in other apps to integrate them in a composition or to further process them or to chop them in smaller pieces (to use them in a sampler for instance)!
