I knew this one would be hard and it has not been found yet!

So here's another hint: it's mainly a VA type synth but it can also load samples though it's not a sampler or a rompler per se, and it's in the database. If the correct answer has not been given by tomorrow afternoon (it's almost 10 PM here), I will give more hints until it's found.

Also as there are many participants, I've decided to give some secondary prizes. I will randomly draw some names among all those who submitted an answer (minus the winner of course) and each of these secondary prize winners will receive for free one of my lower priced sample sets.

Then it's NexSyn from Keytosound/Koblo (Denmark). I haven't tried the synth, it's just a guess from the infos, you provided.
I love the Producer Pack effects from KTS/Koblo, though.
